SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shipping costs are calculated individually based on your delivery address and are displayed at the end of the checkout process. The shipping price for your order is calculated as follows:

The average delivery time within Germany is presently 2 to 4 working days.  
 
Austria (EU)

For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), the invoice includes VAT. For deliveries to other EU nations, we anticipate approximately 3-6 working days for your order to arrive. 

Switzerland (NON-EU)  
14,50 EUR

You won’t owe anything upon receiving your shipment; we deliver goods duty-free, just like a national delivery in Switzerland. Invoices for deliveries to Switzerland include VAT. 

 

RETURNS 

If you’ve ordered from Mānuka Health and need to return an item, you have two options. If the products are completely unopened and unused, you can easily return them by canceling your order. All the essential information regarding order cancellations is provided below. 
 


CANCELLATION 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. 

To request a return:

  1. Enter your email address and log in. 

  1. Click on “Request Return” next to the relevant order 

  1. Choose a relevant Reason for Return and an optional message, then submit your request 

Return Label: 
Return labels are currently provided as PDF files via email 

Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you within 5 business days with the return shipping label.

Please note: Goods are to be returned within 14 days, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

You will receive your refund once the returned item has been received and processed by our team.

Returning orders should be convenient for you and save resources. For this reason, paper return slips are no longer enclosed with our parcels.

The product should be packed and shipped either in the original shipping packaging or in equally durable packaging to ensure that the product's original packaging remains undamaged. 
 
All components of the product must remain unopened and in their original packaging, including the packaging of the product itself. We may decline to issue a refund until we have received the items back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first. Following our inspection of the items, we will refund you the (partial) amount via the payment method you used for your order. 
 
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that is not essential for assessing their condition, properties, or functionality.
